Start by cutting the ripe bananas into 3 equal parts.
Next, using a thick straw, remove the core.
Repeat this process with all the banana pieces.
After doing that, in each banana, add a small piece of chocolate into the hole we made and close it using a spoon.
Now, remove all the peels from the banana pieces and set aside.
In a medium bowl, add the wheat flour, the cornstarch, the sugar, the salt, the water and mix everything very well until combined.
Next, dip the banana pieces in this mixture then coat them in panko breadcrumbs.
Place the vegetable oil into a large skillet over medium to low heat and let it heat up.
Once the oil is hot, add the bananas and fry them until golden brown.
Serve.
