Veg Stew
Start by seasoning any cut of beef of your choice with the rock salt, the black pepper, and rub the spices all over the meat. Next, flip the meat and rub the same spices on the other side as well.
In a skillet, add one drizzle of oil, the meat and sear on all sides.
After that, lower the heat and add the butter, the head of garlic halved crosswise, the bunch of parsley, cover the skillet and let it all cook for 10 minutes.
After this indicated time, remove from the heat and set aside.
In another skillet, add the olive oil, the red onion chopped into small cubes and the chopped chili pepper, stir-fry.
Add the yellow bell pepper chopped into small cubes, the chopped cherry tomatoes, and stir again for another minute.
Season with the salt, the black pepper and the teriyaki sauce, stir until incorporated. Add parsley to taste, stir again and set aside.
Now, cut the meat into thick steaks.
If you find that the meat is not cooked to your desired doneness, you can return the steaks to the skillet and sear on both sides.
Serve with the veg stew.
