Meat with Potatoes and Carrots

Start by adding the beef steak to a lidded container.Add 3 peeled garlic cloves, season with a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of chimichurri and add 50 milliliters of olive oil.Close the container and give it a good shake to combine all the seasoning.After doing that, use a pair of scissors to cut this steak into smaller pieces over a sheet of tin foil.Add 1 medium potato cut in half, 2 small red bell peppers, 1 small green bell pepper, 3 small carrots, a drizzle of olive oil and salt to taste.Next, wrap all the ingredients by enclosing them in the foil.Repeat this process with two more beef steaks.If you like, you can also swap out the vegetables or seasonings and use your favorites.Next, transfer everything to a large baking tray.Place it in a preheated oven at 200° C (400° F) and bake for 25 minutes.After this time has passed, remove from the oven and open the foil packets.If you like, you can brush some barbecue sauce all over the ingredients using a kitchen brush.Place the baking tray back in a preheated oven at 200° C (400° F) and bake for another 10 minutes.Serve.
