Into a saucepan with the heat still off, add the two packs of condensed milk, the packs of table cream and mix until combined.Turn the heat on medium-low and mix until thickened, for about 10 to 15 minutes.Transfer the cream to a glass dish and spread evenly.If you want, you can add some chocolate chips all over the dessert and with a fork, dip some of these chocolate chips in the cream. Once the cream is still hot, the chocolate will melt and it will be even more delicious.Leave in the fridge for at least 3 hours.Serve.
