In a bowl, start by putting the oatmeal and the warm milk, mix very well and let it rest for 2 minutes.
Add the Parmesan cheese and the eggs. To season it, add the mixed spices, the black pepper and the salt, mix very well again.
To cook it, in a skillet, put some olive oil and spread it well, pour all the mixture into the skillet, cover it and let it all cook for 4 to 7 minutes.
