Start by cutting the Calabrese sausage into round slices and set aside.
Cut the onion in half then into strips.
In a skillet, add all the sausage slices and let them fry until golden brown.
Add the onion strips and stir-fry until golden brown.
For seasoning, add the parsley to taste and the lemon pepper, stir well until the spices have incorporated.
In a bowl, add the corn starch and ½ cup of milk, mix well then add another ½ cup of milk, pour this mixture all over the fried sausage and stir until thickened.
Now, add the table cream and stir again.
Transfer all this mixture to a nice baking dish.
Top the dish with shoestring potatoes to taste.
Serve.
