Cut the hot dog sausages (previously cooked) in half, then insert a skewer in the middle of each sausage, let the end of the skewer pass through the other end of the sausage and push it back in a bit. Repeat this process with all the sausages and set aside.
In a bowl place the egg, the salt, the melted margarine and mix well.
Add the milk, and the flour already mixed with the baking powder, mix well until combined.
Into a skillet, add the oil for frying, just enough to cover the snack. Turn the heat on medium-low and let the oil heat up.
Dip the sausage in the mixture we made, covering the whole sausage.
Fry it! It will fry very quickly, so keep an eye on it!
Use a strainer to fry all sides of the snack.
Repeat the process with all snacks and serve.
