Creamy Corn Cake

Into a blender, add all the ingredients except for the baking powder, blend very well, add the baking powder and mix with a spatula until all the baking powder has dissolved (blender off).Grease a baking tin with butter and cornmeal and pour the mixture.Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 60 to 75 minutes.

  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 Tablespoons of Butter (or Margarine)
  • 3 Tablespoons of Wheat Flour
  • 1 Can of Sweet Corn
  • 2 Cups of Sugar
  • 1 Cup of Cornmeal
  • 50g of Grated Parmesan
  • 1 Liter of Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon of Baking Powder
