
Start by adding the cake slices to a large skillet with hot vegetable oil and fry them until golden brown.
Remove them from the skillet and set aside.
In a large pot, add the vanilla-flavored pudding mix, the sugar, the milk and mix everything very well until fully combined.
Turn on the heat to medium-low and continue stirring until it becomes a smooth and even cream.
Remove from the heat and let it cool until it reaches room temperature.
Next, in a medium baking dish, add the cake slices we fried, cutting them into smaller pieces, and make sure to cover the entire bottom.
Add half of the vanilla cream we prepared and spread it evenly.
Then, add 100g of ripe pear chopped into small cubes and 100g of green grapes cut in half.
Add the remaining cream and spread it well.
To finish, decorate with another 100g of green grapes cut in half and another 100g of pear chopped into cubes.
Place the dessert in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 3 hours.
Serve.
