In a large bowl, add the warm water, the dry yeast powder and mix to incorporate.
Cover the bowl and let it rest for 10 minutes.
After this time has passed, add the egg, the vegetable oil, the apple cider vinegar and mix everything very well.
Add the wheat flour, the salt, the sugar and mix everything very well.
When you can no longer mix with the spoon, knead with your hands until the dough becomes smooth and uniform.
Cover the bowl with a cloth and let the dough rise for at least 1 hour.
After this time has passed, the dough has already doubled in size then knead it a few times.
Transfer it to a floured surface, cut it into 4 equal pieces and shape each piece into a ball.
Then, coat each piece in cornstarch and roll it out very thinly.
Next, make 2 cuts on each side of the dough, dividing it into some parts.
Sprinkle cornstarch in the center of the dough and spread it out.
Now fold the dough forming a square, always sprinkling cornstarch on each layer.
Repeat this process with all the dough pieces and let them rest for 15 minutes.
After this time has passed, roll out the dough again into a thin layer.
Next, brush 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter all over the dough and evenly sprinkle 100g of ground pistachios over it.
Now, roll the dough into a cylindrical shape and cut into 4 equal pieces.
Next, take one of these pieces and press down firmly in the middle.
Next, fold it and make a cut in the center without cutting the dough all the way through, then open the dough along the cut.
Repeat this process with all the dough.
Transfer everything to a baking sheet, cover everything with the mixture of melted unsalted butter and refined sugar.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 30 minutes.
After that, drizzle everything with the mixture of refined sugar, water, and lime.
Add it to the pieces of bread while still hot and let everything rest for 20 minutes.
To finish, add ground pistachios to taste.
Serve.
