Mashed Potatoes
Meat Seasoning
In a large pot, add the honey and dip the beef steak into it.
Cover the pot, take it to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 30 minutes.
Next, cut the potatoes into smaller pieces and transfer everything to a large pot.
Add enough water to cover everything and season with the salt.
Turn on the heat to medium and let the potatoes cook for 15 minutes.
After this time has passed, drain all the water from the potatoes and transfer them to a large bowl.
Add the butter and mash everything very well until it becomes a smooth puree.
Next, add the salt, the black pepper, the grated Parmesan cheese and mix.
After the steak has finished cooking in the oven, remove it from the honey.
Season with the salt, a pinch of black pepper, the onion powder, the garlic powder, the chimichurri and spread.
Flip the steak and repeat the seasoning on the other side.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the butter, a drizzle of olive oil and stir until the butter is completely melted.
Add the steak we prepared and fry it until both sides are golden brown.
Serve with the mashed potatoes we prepared.
