
Creamy Sauce
Start by mashing the ripe bananas in a medium-sized baking dish using a vegetable masher and mash them until they form a smooth puree.
Add the egg yolks and mix.
In a large bowl, add the egg whites and beat until foamy.
Then add these egg whites to the banana mixture and mix to combine.
Add the vanilla extract, the cocoa powder, the wheat flour and mix again until well combined.
If desired, add chocolate chips to taste.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 35 minutes.
In a large skillet, add the condensed milk, the butter, the chocolate and stir until the mixture is well combined and starts to pull away from the bottom of the skillet.
Turn off the heat, add the heavy cream and stir again to combine.
After the cake has baked, pour the creamy sauce we prepared all over it.
Serve.
