In a large bowl, add the chicken, the milk and beat with a hand blender until chicken is completely crushed.
Next, add the garlic cloves, the egg, the salt, the chicken seasoning, the sweet paprika, the black pepper and beat everything again until smooth.
Add the grated mozzarella cheese and mix to combine.
Transfer this mixture to a sheet of plastic wrap and roll it into a cylinder, wrapping the chicken in this plastic.
Then, wrap this cylinder in aluminum foil and close it tightly.
Transfer it to a large skillet, add enough water to cover it and turn the heat on medium-low.
Cover the skillet and let it cook for 40 minutes.
After this time has passed, remove from the hot water and let it cool in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Next, remove the aluminum foil and the plastic wrap and make a nice sandwich.
Serve.
