
Preparation for Each Ice Cube
In a large baking dish, add the Sicilian lemons cut into smaller pieces and spread them.
Add the limes sliced into rounds, the passion fruit pulp, the sugar, the honey and mix everything very well until combined.
Then, using a ladle, transfer this mixture to disposable plastic cups until they are half full.
Next, use a spoon to evenly arrange and press the mixture into each cup.
Put them in the freezer and let them chill for at least 3 hours.
After this time has passed, let’s prepare a drink with these fruit ice cubes.
For this, in a 250ml glass, add a fruit ice cube we prepared, the lemon soda, the fermented milk and mix until the ice melts.
If you like, you can dissolve it in other liquids, such as sparkling or still water, or other refreshing beverages.
Serve.
