Sauce
Burger Assembly
Start by adding one croissant to an iron grill greased with oil.
Then, add the ground beef previously seasoned with salt and black pepper over the croissant.
Now, using a meat press, smash the meat well then flip the sandwich and let it fry for 4 minutes.
In a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, the mustard, the ketchup, the barbecue sauce, the black pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder and mix.
After the meat has finished frying, flip the sandwich once more.
Next, top it by first adding the slices of cheddar cheese, then add one tablespoon of the sauce we prepared, the rings of red onion and the slices of pickles.
Add another croissant on top of everything and smash it again.
Remove the burger from the grill and set it aside on a plate.
If you’d like, you can change the meat seasoning and the type of cheese, it’s entirely up to you.
Serve.
