Batter
Grate the medium zucchini until only the core remains.
Place it in a bowl, along with the chopped tomato, the chopped onion, parsley and chives, salt and the white cheese, mix it all together very well.
Set aside.
In the blender add the eggs, the milk, the oil, the salt and the wheat flour, blend it all together until it turns into a smooth mixture.
Pour the blended mixture into the bowl with the zucchini and add the baking powder, mix very well.
Transfer this mixture to tartlet molds, grease them with butter and flour and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 30 minutes.
If you prefer to bake the whole mixture in a large baking pan, bake for 45 minutes.
Serve.
