Pasta
Start by cutting the onion into dices and transfer them to a skillet with olive oil, sauté until golden.
Add the crushed garlic and sauté until golden too.
Add the ground beef and stir until it releases juices, let it cook until the juices dry up completely.
While meat is cooking, into a saucepan with boiling water, add the olive oil, the salt and the pasta. Let it cook until al dente.
Now that our meat is almost dry, add the tomato paste, the mustard, the oregano, the salt, the black pepper and the tomato sauce, mix very well until combined.
Meanwhile, our pasta has already cooked through. You can now turn off the heat and drain the water, set aside.
Now, add the table cream to the meat. I added some more salt, because I thought it was necessary, but that’s totally up to you. Mix well.
Pour all the pasta into the sauce and also sprinkle some chopped parsley, now mix very well until combined.
Serve.
