Sautéed Vegetables
In a large skillet over medium heat with boiling water, steam the potatoes and the beef steak using toothpicks as support.
Cover the skillet and let everything cook for 15 minutes.
Then remove everything from the skillet, grate the potatoes using the coarsest side of the grater and set aside.
Then cut the beef we cooked into cubes.
In a medium bowl, add the eggs, the salt, the black pepper, the chimichurri, the wheat flour, the milk and mix everything very well until combined.
After doing that, in a large bowl, add the potatoes we grated earlier, the grated mozzarella cheese, the grated Parmesan cheese, the egg mixture and mix everything very well to combine.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the unsalted butter and stir until fully melted.
Add the red onion chopped into small cubes, the sliced mushrooms, the zucchini sliced into rounds and sauté everything for 5 minutes.
Next, add the beef, the salt, the black pepper, the chimichurri and cook everything for an additional 5 minutes.
Add the heavy cream and stir to combine.
Then add this sautéed mixture to the mixture we prepared earlier and mix once more to combine.
Transfer everything to a baking dish greased with vegetable oil.
Take the baking dish to a preheated oven at 180 ° C (350 ° F) and let it bake for 40 minutes.
Serve.
