Start by cutting the cooked pasta into smaller pieces and set aside.
In a medium bowl, add the eggs, season with the salt, a pinch of black pepper and whisk everything well until smooth and fully combined.
Now, cut the block of mozzarella cheese into strips then into cubes.
Next, in a large bowl, add the chopped pasta, 2/3 of the mozzarella cheese, the egg mixture, mix everything thoroughly and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the bacon cut into cubes and fry until nicely browned.
Add the pasta mixture and spread it out evenly.
Cover the skillet and let everything fry for about 5 minutes.
After this time has passed, use a plate to help flip it over.
Add the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
Cover the skillet again and let it fry for another 5 minutes.
Serve.
