Condensed Milk Crepes

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the water and bring it to a boil.Add the condensed milk and mix until dissolved.Transfer to a medium bowl, add the vegetable oil and mix.Add the egg and mix until completely dissolved.Next, add the salt, the wheat flour and mix very well until combined.Now, grease a medium skillet over medium to low heat with unsalted butter.Add 2 ladles of the batter we prepared earlier, spread it across the skillet and fry until golden on both sides.Remove from the skillet, set aside on a plate and repeat this process with the whole batter.Finally, top each pancake with 1 tablespoon of chocolate spread, spread it out well and roll it up.Serve.

  • 395g of Condensed Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon of Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 Cup of Wheat Flour (240ml)

  • Chocolate Spread
