Syrup
Put the sugar in a ring cake pan, place the pan on a stove top, turn the heat on low and stir with a spatula until the sugar dissolves and forms a caramel syrup. Spread this caramel around the edges and center of the pan.
Set aside.
In a blender, place the condensed milk, the eggs and the milk, blend it all together very well until combined, for at least 2 minutes.
Transfer this mixture from the blender to the cake pan and set aside.
In the blender, place the sliced peeled carrot, the oil, and the eggs, blend very well until combined, for at least 3 minutes.
Transfer this mixture to a bowl and add the wheat flour, mix very well.
Transfer this batter to the cake pan, spreading it evenly.
Bake in a double boiler. Preheat the oven at 200°C and put hot water in another pan, then put the dessert pan in it. If you want, you can cover the dessert pan with aluminum foil.
Bake for at least 1 hour.
Serve.
