
Start by cutting the red dragon fruits in half then cut the flesh into small cubes.
Next, scoop the flesh out of the skin with the help of a spoon.
Cut the ripe strawberries, remove all the stems and transfer all of them to a medium bowl.
Add enough water to cover everything and stir well to wash the strawberries.
Drain all the water and transfer the strawberries to a blender.
Add the dragon fruits we chopped earlier, the condensed milk, the milk and blend everything very well until smooth.
In a large bowl, add ice cubes to taste.
Add all the blended mixture, the fermented milk and mix everything very well to combine.
Pour everything into a jug and leave it in the fridge.
Serve.

I'd use raspberries, mulberries or boysenberries instead. That's my personal preference.
