Ganache
In a pan, put the condensed milk and the corn starch, mix until combined with the heat still off, add the milk and turn on heat at medium temperature, stir non-stop until it thickens slightly, turn off the heat and add the white chocolate, stir until melted.
Into a glass dish, make a layer of biscuits, then add the first layer of the cream and repeat this process until you've used up all the cream. Let it chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
Chop the milk chocolate and microwave in 30-second intervals until melted, add the table cream and mix into a ganache.
Top the dessert with the ganache, spread it out well and let it chill in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours.
Add some chocolate shavings over the top (to taste).
