For Breading
In a bowl, put the eggs and the sugar and mix until a lighter colored mixture is formed, add the corn starch and add just enough milk to dissolve the starch, add the condensed milk and mix again. Transfer all this mixture to a pan along with the rest of the milk, turn on the heat at medium temperature and stir until it thickens.
Turn off the heat, add the vanilla essence, the butter and mix until combined.
Grease a baking tin with butter, add the cream and cover it with a plastic bag. Leave in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
Unmold and cut into small squares.
For breading, dip them in the eggs, then coat them in the flour. Fry in very hot oil.
Mix the cinnamon powder with the sugar and coat these milk cubes in it.
