Start by arranging the hot dog buns into a baking dish and cut the top of each bun into a rectangular shape.
Press down on this top part we’ve just cut and fill it with the cheddar cheese, add mayonnaise to taste and add the hot dog sausages, one into each bun.
Chop one onion into dices and add 1 tablespoon into each bun.
Now chop the tomato into dices and add 1 tablespoon into each bun.
Add shoestring fried potatoes to taste and one slice of mozzarella cheese folded in half into each bun.
Add the creamy cheese spread and top each bun with grated parmesan cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 15 minutes.
Serve.
