In a large oven-dish, add the melted butter, the vegetable oil and set aside.
Now, in a large bowl, add the sugar, the dry yeast powder, the warm water and mix until the yeast has fully dissolved.
Then add the sifted wheat flour, the salt and mix everything together very well by hand until a smooth and uniform dough forms.
Cover the bowl with a paper cloth and let the dough rise for 20 minutes.
After this time has passed, remove it from the bowl, roll it by shaping it into a cylinder and divide this dough into 15 equal pieces.
Shape each piece of dough into a cylinder.
Transfer all of them to the oven-dish with the butter and oil mixture.
Cover the dish with plastic wrap and let them rest for another 20 minutes.
After this time has passed, remove the pieces of dough from the oven-dish, transfer one of these pieces of dough to a countertop and stretch it into a rectangle.
Next, top each piece of dough with 30g of cottage cheese and close it by rolling it up.
Roll this first piece of dough into a spiral and transfer it to the center of a non-stick round baking pan.
Shape the other pieces of dough into cylinders and transfer them to the baking pan, keep making a spiral.
Then brush an egg yolk all over the bread and top it with sesame seeds to taste.
Take to a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) and bake for 30 minutes.
Serve.
