In a bowl, add the eggs and beat them well until foamy.

Finally, add the baking powder and mix gently.
Now, cut the apples into cubes, removing all the cores and the seeds.
Transfer these apple cubes to the bowl filled with the batter and mix until incorporated.
Make sure to do this process quickly to prevent the better from fermenting.
Transfer this mixture to a baking tin greased with butter and wheat flour, spread it evenly.
Take to a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) and bake for 40 minutes.
Finish by sprinkling icing sugar to taste all over the pie.
