In a bowl, add the eggs and the refined sugar, beat very well until foamy and doubled in volume.
After that, add the cream cheese, beat again until incorporated.
Add the evaporated milk and mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish lined with parchment paper by passing it through a sieve
I’m using a 20cm x 20cm baking dish.
Take to a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) and let it bake for 35 minutes.
Serve.
