Start by chopping the cabbage into thin strips and set aside.
Also chop the red cabbage into thin strips.
Now, peel the carrot and grate it.
Chop the chives and cut the apple into thin strips.
Into a bowl, add the squeezed lemon juice, the olive oil, the mustard, the salt and the brown sugar, mix well until combined.
On a nice serving plate, put the cabbage, the red cabbage, the carrot, the apple strips, the chives and pour in the dressing we made.
Mix all the ingredients very well.
Serve.
