In a medium bowl, add the raisins and the milk.
Using a hand blender, beat everything very well until smooth and set aside.
In a large bowl, add the eggs, the refined sugar and with an electric mixer, beat until foamy.
Add the raisin mixture that we prepared earlier and mix to combine.
Then, dissolve the baking soda in the white vinegar, add to the batter and mix to combine.
Add the sifted cocoa powder, the wheat flour and mix gently until combined.
Transfer to a 22cm-diameter cake pan greased with butter and wheat flour and spread the batter evenly.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
Finish by adding some chocolate syrup to taste.
Serve.
