Preheat the oven at 200°C (392°F). Grease a nonstick loaf tin with oil or, if you prefer, with butter and flour, set aside.
Mix the ice cream and the flour in a large bowl, mix until combined.
Transfer this mixture to the tin and spread it with a spatula for a flat top. Top with sprinkles, to taste.
Bake in the oven for about 40 to 50 minutes or do the toothpick test until it comes out clean.
Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool completely.
Unmold and serve.
Read the flour ingredients on the package, it must contain Wheat Flour, Salt and Yeast.
