Ganache
Start by cutting the green grapes in half.
Cut the apples into cubes, removing their core and seeds.
Cut the peaches into cubes.
Transfer all these fruits to a medium baking dish, mix well and set aside.
In a skillet, add the condensed milk, the thick cream, the sifted egg yolk and the vanilla essence, stir over medium-low heat until slightly thickened.
Pour the cream all over the fruits.
Take it to the fridge and let it chill for at least two hours.
After this indicated time, melt the semisweet chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals until melted.
Add the thick cream and mix until a ganache forms.
Transfer it to the dessert, fully covering the white cream, and spread well.
Serve.
