Chocolate Cream (Ganache)

Chop the chocolate bar and microwave it in 30-second intervals until melted, or do it in a double boiler, add the table cream and mix well into a ganache. Set aside.
In a blender, place 1 can of condensed milk, 1 can of table cream, the lemon juice (2 lemons), and blend for 2 minutes. Pour into a glass dish.
Place 2 packets of chopped chocolate covered wafer biscuits over the cream.
Into the blender, add 1 can of table cream, 1 can of condensed milk, and the juice of the other 2 lemons. Blend for 2 minutes. Pour it into the dish and spread evenly.
Pour the ganache all over it, spread well and top it with the rest of the chopped chocolate covered wafer biscuits.
Let it chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour. The longer it stays in the fridge, the better.
