For Breading
In a pan, sauté the onion and the garlic until golden, add the paprika, the tomato paste, water and salt, mix, add the previously cooked chicken and stir, add some parsley and chives and let it cool.
In a pan, to make the patty, add the olive oil and the water, bring it to a boil. Add the flour and stir nonstop into a patty, keep stirring over low heat for another 4 minutes.
Let it cool completely, add this patty to the chicken (already cooled) and mix them together with your hands.
Get a piece of this mixture, shape it into a ball then shape it into a log. Repeat this process with the rest of the mixture.
Dip these logs in the beaten egg, then coat them in the breadcrumbs for breading. Fry them in very hot oil.
