Start by grating the potato using the large holes in the grater.
Grate the peeled carrot the same way, as well as the cucumber.
Next, add the eggs, the ham slices chopped into squares, the crushed garlic cloves, the salt, one pinch of black pepper and the parsley, mix all the ingredients together very well until incorporated.
Add the wheat flour, the baking powder and mix once again until combined.
In a large skillet over medium-low heat, add one drizzle of olive oil and spread it well.
Add the mixture we prepared earlier. Spread it evenly on the skillet.
Cover the skillet and let it cook for 5 minutes.
After this indicated time, flip it using a plate.
Once you’ve done that, add the grated mozzarella cheese, oregano to taste, cover the skillet again and let it cook until the cheese has fully melted.
Serve.
