Avocado Cake

In a blender, start by adding the eggs and the peeled avocado chopped into smaller pieces, add the refined sugar, the unsalted butter and the milk, blend all the ingredients until combined.Next, transfer the mixture to a large bowl and add the wheat flour, passing all of it through a sieve. Mix well until incorporated.Add the baking powder and mix gently.Transfer this mixture to a 22cm dimeter ring cake pan greased with butter and wheat flour.Spread the mixture until even in the cake pan.Take to a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) and bake for 45 minutes.Serve.

  • 1 Tablespoon of Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Cup of Milk (200ml Cup)

Add the baking powder and mix gently.

Spread the mixture until even in the cake pan.

Serve.
