In a saucepan, start by adding the water and once hot, add the unsalted butter, the sugar, the salt and the cinnamon powder, stir well.
Gradually add the wheat flour and keep stirring until a smooth mixture is formed.
Get a portion of this mixture and shape it into a ball, them make a hole in the center of this ball using your index finger, just like shown in the video.
Repeat this process with all the mixture.
Once you’ve done that, fry the churros in hot oil until golden brown.
Remove them from the hot oil and soak up the excess fat on a plate lined with paper towels.
Now, coat these fried balls in condensed milk then in a mixture made with granulated sugar and cinnamon powder.
Repeat this process with all the fried balls.
Finally, fill the holes with hazelnut cream to taste.
Serve.
