Banana Wine

In a medium baking dish, pour in the beer, add the peeled bananas, mix well and let them soak for 5 minutes.After this time has passed, remove the bananas from the beer and pat them dry.In a large skillet with boiling water, place a steamer rack.Next, add the bananas we prepared.Cover the skillet and let them cook for 10 minutes or until they are very tender.Then, remove them from the steamer and transfer them to a large jar.Add the water and mash everything very well until it is smooth.Stop mashing and set aside.In a small bowl, add the sugar, the water and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.Add this mixture to the jar with the bananas, also add the white wine yeast and mix everything very well until combined.Then, cover the jar and set it aside in a cool place for 24 hours.After this time has passed and the mixture has fermented, strain it very well using a cloth strainer.Next, pour it back into the jar, cover and let it ferment for another 36 hours.Serve.

  • 700ml of Beer
  • 5 Bananas
  • 1 Cup of Water (240ml)
  • ½ Cup of Sugar
  • +1 Cup of Water
  • 10g of White Wine Yeast

Next, add the bananas we prepared. 

Cover the skillet and let them cook for 10 minutes or until they are very tender.

Then, remove them from the steamer and transfer them to a large jar. 

Add the water and mash everything very well until it is smooth.

Stop mashing and set aside.

In a small bowl, add the sugar, the water and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Add this mixture to the jar with the bananas, also add the white wine yeast and mix everything very well until combined.

Then, cover the jar and set it aside in a cool place for 24 hours.

After this time has passed and the mixture has fermented, strain it very well using a cloth strainer. 

Next, pour it back into the jar, cover and let it ferment for another 36 hours.

Serve.
