Banana and Chocolate Swiss Roll

Start by adding the milk biscuits into a food processor and crush them until they turn into fine crumbs.Next, transfer everything to a large bowl, add the melted unsalted butter, the hazelnut cream, the milk and mix everything very well until combined.In a large bowl, add the powdered sugar, the whipping cream, the condensed milk and beat everything very well until stiff peaks form.Now, on top of a stretched plastic bag, add the biscuit mixture we prepared and spread it evenly to form a square.Add the cream we prepared and spread it out evenly. Then, add the peeled bananas and roll everything up into a cylinderTake the dessert to the fridge and let it chill for 15 minutes. On top of another plastic bag, add the melted milk chocolate.Spread it by drizzling it with the pierced bottom of a plastic bottle.Repeat the same process with the melted white chocolate.Next, place the dessert on top of this chocolate mixture and roll it up, covering it with this chocolate. Take the dessert to the fridge and let it chill for another 15 minutes. Serve.

Ingredientes

  • 300g of Milk Biscuits

  • 200g of Hazelnut Cream
  • 40ml of Milk

Cream

  • 100g of Powdered Sugar
  • 400ml of Whipping Cream
  • 100g of Condensed Milk
  • 3 Bananas

Chocolate

  • Bottom of 1 Plastic Bottle
  • 100g of Milk Chocolate
  • 100g of White Chocolate   

Modo de Fazer

Next, transfer everything to a large bowl, add the melted unsalted butter, the hazelnut cream, the milk and mix everything very well until combined.

In a large bowl, add the powdered sugar, the whipping cream, the condensed milk and beat everything very well until stiff peaks form.

Now, on top of a stretched plastic bag, add the biscuit mixture we prepared and spread it evenly to form a square. 

Add the cream we prepared and spread it out evenly.       

Then, add the peeled bananas and roll everything up into a cylinder

Take the dessert to the fridge and let it chill for 15 minutes.    

On top of another plastic bag, add the melted milk chocolate. 

Spread it by drizzling it with the pierced bottom of a plastic bottle.
