Start by placing the milk chocolate bar into a vinyl glove.
Next, place the white chocolate bar into another glove.
Place one glove at a time into a large skillet with boiling water over medium to low heat, and let it sit until the chocolate has fully melted.
Now, in a food processor, add the biscuits and grind everything until it turns into fine crumbs.
Then, transfer to a large bowl, add the melted butter, the hazelnut cream and mix everything very well until fully combined.
In a large bowl, add the refined sugar, the whipping cream, the condensed milk and beat everything very well until it reaches stiff peaks.
After doing that, add the biscuit mixture we prepared over a piece of plastic wrap and spread it evenly, molding it into a rectangular shape.
Add the cream we prepared and spread it evenly.
Then, at one end, add the bananas with the tips trimmed and roll everything up into a cylindrical shape.
Place this roll in the refrigerator and let it chill for 1 hour.
After this time has passed, take the chocolate gloves we prepared earlier.
Poke holes in these gloves and spread the melted chocolate all over a piece of plastic wrap.
Next, add the roll we prepared on top of the chocolates and wrap it up in the plastic bag.
Place the dessert in the refrigerator and let it chill for another 30 minutes.
Serve.
