Brazilian Chicken Salad

Into a skillet, add the olive oil and pour the onion and garlic, sauté until golden. Add the water and mix. Add the sweet paprika, mix and add the previously cooked and shredded chicken and mix very well.Transfer chicken to a bowl, add the grated carrots, the corn, the pitted olives and mix again.Pour some olive oil and add salt if you wish. Add the mayonnaise and, with a spoon, mix well until very creamy.Finally, add the potato sticks and mix well.Serve.

Ingredientes

  • ½ Diced Onion
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Teaspoon of Sweet Paprika
  • 1 Cup of Water
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 500g Shredded Chicken
  • 4 Medium Carrots
  • 120g of Olives
  • 1 Can of Sweet Corn
  • 1 Can of Peas
  • Olive Oil to Taste
  • 5 to 8 Tablespoons of Mayonnaise
  • 160g of Potato Sticks

Modo de Fazer

Into a skillet, add the olive oil and pour the onion and garlic, sauté until golden. Add the water and mix. Add the sweet paprika, mix and add the previously cooked and shredded chicken and mix very well.

Transfer chicken to a bowl, add the grated carrots, the corn, the pitted olives and mix again.

Pour some olive oil and add salt if you wish. Add the mayonnaise and, with a spoon, mix well until very creamy. 

Finally, add the potato sticks and mix well. 

Serve.
