Put the ground beef in a bowl, season it with one pinch of salt, one pinch of black pepper and mix until incorporated.
Then split this meat in half, each part with 250g.
Next, get a portion of ground beef, stretch it and place one strip of cheddar cheese on it.

Repeat the process with the other half of ground beef.
