Cut the chicken breast into small cubes.
In a bowl, add the eggs, the salt, the garlic powder, the black pepper, the wheat flour, the table cream and the dried parsley, mix all the ingredients very well.
In a skillet, add the unsalted butter or margarine and the chicken cubes, stir until slightly golden brown.
After that, pour in the egg mixture we made and the tomato cut into round slices, add the grated mozzarella cheese and some dried parsley to taste, cover the skillet and let it all fry over low heat for 10 minutes.
Serve.
