Egg Mixture
Start by chopping the fresh broccoli, removing the entire stalk.
Transfer the broccoli florets to a medium pan, add water until it fully covers them, also add the salt and the milk, let it cook well until al dente.
After this indicated time, turn off the heat and set aside.
Into a bowl, add the eggs, black pepper, and salt, mix very well until combined. Add the milk and mix again.
Into a glass baking dish, add a drizzle of olive oil and spread it well.
Cut the potatoes into thin slices and add them to the baking dish, covering its whole bottom. Season with salt to taste.
Once that's done, cover the potatoes with the broccoli florets, and pour the egg mixture all over it.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 20 minutes. Baking time may vary depending on the power of your oven.
After this indicated time, cut the mozzarella into thick slices, add oregano to taste and put it back in the oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 15 minutes or until the cheese has browned.
