Start by placing 50 grams of sliced bacon into a large skillet over medium to low heat.
When these bacon slices starts to fry, add the water and let them fry until they turn nicely golden brown.
Repeat this process with the rest of the sliced bacon.
After doing that, remove the excess fat with the help of some paper towels.
Next, cut the bacon slices into smaller pieces and set aside.
In a large pot filled with boiling water, add the spaghetti pasta and cook for 7 minutes.
Now, in a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil.
Add the onion chopped into small cubes, the crushed garlic cloves and fry until lightly golden brown.
Next, add the tomato paste and the water.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika and stir.
Add the pasta we prepared and stir to combine.
Add the bacon, the Parmesan cheese and stir everything once more.
Serve.
