In a saucepan, add the rice and the water, bring it to a boil. When that happens, cover the saucepan, lower the heat, and let it cook until the water has almost fully evaporated.
After that, transfer the rice to a bowl and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, in another bowl, add the milk, the sugar and the dry yeast powder, mix all the ingredients together very well.
Once you’ve done that and the rice has rested, transfer this mixture to the rice bowl, and add ½ teaspoon of salt, mix all the ingredients together until combined.
Next, gradually add the sifted wheat flour and keep mixing well.
When you can no longer mix with the spoon, start kneading by hand until all the flour has incorporated.
Add the oil and knead again.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the dough rise for 1 hour.
After this indicated time, grease your hands with oil and transfer the dough to a round baking tin lined with parchment paper.
Cover with a tablecloth and let it rise for another 15 minutes.
Take to a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) and bake for 1 hour.
Serve.
