Batter
Start by adding the egg yolks to the cream cheese and using an electric mixer, beat everything very well until the yolks are fully incorporated.
Add the cocoa powder, the refined sugar and beat again until smooth and well combined.
Transfer everything to a medium bowl and spread it evenly.
Place it in the microwave on low power and cook for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, add the eggs, the refined sugar and beat everything very well until it is foamy.
Add the vegetable oil, the milk, the vanilla essence, the wheat flour and mix everything very well until fully combined.
Next, add the baking powder and mix gently to incorporate.
Pour everything into a baking pan greased with butter and dusted with wheat flour.
After the cream cheese mixture has cooked in the microwave, scoop it out by teaspoonfuls and transfer it to the batter we prepared.
Take the dessert to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
Serve.
