In a large bowl, add the packs of “Maria Mole” mix.
Add the refined sugar, the hot water and beat everything very well with an electric mixer for about 25 minutes.
If you can't find this Maria Mole mix in the store, you can make a homemade mix using unflavored gelatin and refined sugar.
For this process, add a 12g packet of unflavored gelatin, previously hydrated, in a large bowl.
Add 1 cup (240ml) of very hot water and beat for 1 minute.
Then, add 1 cup of refined sugar.
Beat for + 20 minutes and you'll have the same result I had with the store-bought ready mix.
Stop beating and set aside.
On a large baking sheet, add 12 rich tea biscuits, arranging them one next to the other.
Add the mixture we prepared and spread it until flat.
Top it with + 12 biscuits, take it to the fridge and let it chill for at least 2 hours.
After this time has passed, slice the dessert by passing the knife between the biscuits.
Finish by coating the slices in grated coconut to taste.
Serve.
