Corn Cream

Start by draining the liquid from the corn cans and set aside.Chop the onion into small dices.Now into a saucepan, add the butter and stir until melted, add the onion and stir until slightly golden brown.Add all the corn and cook for 5 minutes.Next, add the milk and stir.Using a hand mixer, mix all the ingredients very well.Season with salt and sweet paprika, stir again.After that, set aside.Now into a skillet, add the unsalted butter and stir until melted, add the corn cob cut in half, fry until golden brown.Serve the corn cob with the cream.BONUS RECIPEInto a bowl, add the egg and pour in the liquid from 2 corn cans by passing it through a sieve, mix well until combined.Add the corn, the sifted wheat flour, a pinch of salt and mix well.Into a skillet, add a drizzle of oil and with a tablespoon, transfer portions of the corn mixture to the skillet. Let them fry for 2 minutes, then flip and fry on the other side for another 2 minutes.Serve.

  • 2 Cans of Corn (200g Each)
  • ½ Onion
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons of Butter
  • 350ml of Milk
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt

  • 1 Teaspoon of Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Corn Cob

BONUS RECIPE

  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Cans of Corn
  • 6 Tablespoons of Sifted Wheat Flour
  • Pinch of Salt

Next, add the milk and stir. 

Using a hand mixer, mix all the ingredients very well.

After that, set aside.
