Start by adding the hazelnuts into a large baking tin and spread them well.
Take to a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) and roast for 10 minutes.
After this indicated time, remove the hazelnuts from the heat and transfer them to a blender or food processor, add the coconut oil, turn on the blender at medium power and blend until well-crushed and combined.
Next, add the cocoa powder, the vanilla essence, the xylitol sweetener, close the lid and blend again until combined.
Transfer all the mixture to a container with a lid.
Serve.
