Homemade Nutella

Start by adding the hazelnuts into a large baking tin and spread them well.Take to a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) and roast for 10 minutes.After this indicated time, remove the hazelnuts from the heat and transfer them to a blender or food processor, add the coconut oil, turn on the blender at medium power and blend until well-crushed and combined.Next, add the cocoa powder, the vanilla essence, the xylitol sweetener, close the lid and blend again until combined.Transfer all the mixture to a container with a lid.Serve.

  • 200g of Raw Skinless Hazelnuts
  • 2 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil
  • ½ Cup of Cocoa Powder (240ml Cup)
  • 1 Tablespoon of Vanilla Essence
  • ⅓ Cup of Xylitol (Sweetener Powder)
